Where are you located?
We’re at 222 W Main St! We do not have any signage quite yet but you cannot miss the beautiful window art + disco ball garlands! 

Did you move locations?
Yes! We did! Just a little over 2 months after opening our doors we moved to a downtown location! Had to seize our moment!

Can I rent your workshop room?
Yes! Please email us at hello@floraandfaunamt.com to get more info about our rentable space!

Are you wheelchair accessible?
We totally are!

What are your hours?
We're open 10-5 Tuesday- Friday and 11-4 on Saturdays.
Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Are your products local? 
While we do have so many amazing Montana makers in our shop, in order to provide you all with unique products we do not limit our offering to local makers. Instead, we use social media, referrals + our own life experiences to find makers throughout the US + beyond. 
 
I make my own products or someone I know makes their own products, can we sell them in your shop?
If you or someone you know is interested in selling your products in our shop, please send an e-mail to hello@floraandfaunamt.com. Due to high volume of messages, we will not get back to you via Instagram or Facebook message about carry your products. 

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our goods, we do not accept returns.
With that being said, we want you to love your item so if it’s damaged please let us know ASAP!

What is your shipping policy?
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders received will ship within 2-5 days.
We do not ship internationally. 

Can I purchase my item online + pick it up at the shop?
Yes, please choose local pick-up and text us when you arrive (406-898-7764). Please ensure you arrive within our business hours. 
 
Do you use recycled packing materials?
As much as possible we use eco-friendly boxes, and re-use packing materials from shipments that WE receive to pack YOUR packages. Most of our packing peanuts are compost safe, but very occasionally we re-use styrofoam peanuts; test one in water to be sure (compostable will dissolve).

Where's my package?
Our processing time is 7-10 days in addition to USPS handling time.
USPS is experiencing major delays given labor shortages and the unprecedented number of packages being shipped around the world, so it may take longer than usual for tracking links to update from the "pre-shipment" stage (and some are arriving unannounced, so keep an eye out anyways!) Once the package is out of our hands, USPS tracking is the only information we have access to about your package's whereabouts and delivery timeline. We and our lovely mail carriers appreciate your patience.


*If your package is marked "delivered" but you still haven't received it, your local post office should be able to provide details of the delivery. We areunable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages marked "delivered" "in-transit" or "arriving late". 


I missed the event I registered for. Can I get my money back?
All event reservations are final, but we are happy to put it towards a different event in the future.

I saw something in the shop or on Facebook/Instagram, but I don’t see it online – can I still buy it?
Not everything we have in store is sold in our online shop. If you see something on Instagram or on Facebook that you don’t see online, send us an email to hello@floraandfaunamt.com and we’ll be happy to let you know what the story is!
